“This painting was inspired by a through hike on the East Sooke Park Coastal Trail, this painting is of a tiny cove just east of the iconic Cabin Point. It's one of my favourite spots on the trail and a common spot for my lunch break. The shallow water has a jewel like quality as the wind blows in and scatters the sun across the ripples and the many vantage points above allow for the breeze to cool you as you take a break from the rugged Northern half of the trail.”
