“I've seen few things in this world that rival the beauty and majesty of Mystic Beach. The sandstone cliff rising dramatically from the terminus of the high tide line. A monument of nature carved from the forest from the forest above by the unrelenting waves and rain of passing winter storms. Now in the heat of summer it's briefly shrouded in a morning mist that lingers from a cool coastal night, quickly dissipating as the sun approaches mid-day. The remnants of the mist almost glow when illuminated, providing a dynamic backdrop to an already impressive view. Each year I make at least on trip to Mystic Beach and hike the Juan de Fuca Trail to revel I. The ever-changing beauty and moods of this incredible place. Each time I'm surprised by how it seems even more remarkable than I remembered. It quite simply is one of the most iconic places on Vancouver Island.”

Rising Tide - Mystic Beach is published as museum quality giclée prints in either stretched canvas or paper. Giclee prints are widely praised as being the closest to the original painting in colour and definition that is possible.

Each giclée printed canvas has a coating of UV protective varnish applied for gallery quality results and is stretched on high grade 1 1/2″ wood bars ready for framing or to hang directly on your wall. Sized to the same dimensions as the original painting, it’s like having the original at a fraction of the cost.

*Canvas prints take a bit more work produce and stretch on the wooden and can have up to a 2 week production time. Rest assured we’ll get them done up and mailed off as quickly as possible.

Giclée paper prints are printed on 330gms acid free paper. Sized at 16x16 inches they are perfectly sized for an a standard 20x20 inch frame with a matt. Each paper print is hand signed by yours-truly!
